In order to achieve gender parity, an Ikoyi law practice is in search of a social media knowledgeable female front desk officer who can provide insightful online content. As the company’s “face,” the chosen applicant must be presentable, amiable, and have exceptional people skills.
– Control the phone system.
– Transfer calls to the proper department and delete messages.
– Respond to all client questions and refer them to the appropriate personnel.
– Assure that the front office is kept in good taste and order.
– Retain a tidy and welcoming front office.
– Welcome visitors and show them outstanding customer service.
– Ensure that office assistants buy the required office supplies.
– creating and publishing academic content on the business’s social media accounts.
– Gather all communication and send it to the proper departments.
– Keep track of, arrange, and forward email.
– Keep files and records updated.
– Document scanning and printing.
– A relevant degree or a BSc in a relevant discipline.
Between the ages of 25 and 30; completed NYSC.
– A minimum of one year of solid experience in a comparable position.
– Solid knowledge of office management and fundamental bookkeeping procedures.
– Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities.
– Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook among other Microsoft programs.
– Effective time management.
– Capable of positively contributing as a team member and assisting with various tasks as needed.
– Strong multitasking and organizing skills.
– Beautiful and eloquent in discourse.
– The applicant must be a resident of Iyana-oworo, Ogudu, Lagos Island, Ikoyi, VI, or one of those areas.
